A Repetier-Server runs on a Rapberry Pi3. A Prusa 3D printer is connected to the Raspberry via USB. The setup of the Repetier server went without a hitch.
An available firmware update is now reported on the 3D printer.
Can someone explain to me how a firmware update for the Prusa 3D printer can be carried out via the Repetier Server?

For prusa mk3 you can du it as described, or if you have the pro server version download the hex file with firmware from prusa and then select firmware uploader in server. Select arduino 2560 variant then drag firmware file on upload button then you are done.
