Adhesion type "None" still creates brim

Even when I select the adhesion type "None", a brim is created.
How can I avoid this?

    Works for me. Please check if you also have defined a skirt wich is also added. A skirt with distance looks like brim but is not influenced by adhesion type.

    What do you suggest?

    My current CuraEngine settings in Repetier-Host are:
    ...
    Skirt Line Count: 15 mm
    Skirt Distance: 0 mm
    Minimum Skirt Length: 150 mm
    Brim Width: 10 mm
    ...

    So with skirt distance 0  you are printing a 15mm wide skirt at 0 distance from your object (this will look just like a brim).A skirt is usually just a single line at a few mm distance for priming the nozzle.

    I was having the same issue,  the brim is a default for pla, make sure you are using "my settings" not "PLA" or "PLA fine". Any
