Flash Prusa MK3S firmware using Repetier-server

I would like to Flash Prusa MK3S firmware using Repetier-server is this possible? I don’t see the printer board for the Prusa MK3S?

    The rumba einsy would be a mega 2560 compatible board. So if it works then with that setting.

    I was having trouble flashing the latest Prusa FW so the your FW Uploader saved me a lot of trouble. I new the Prusa had a Einsy Board  aka mega 2560 ?! Very confusing. Many Thanks
