not able to print

i am having a German RepRap x 350 pro printer, i am able to set all the parameters including extruder temp, bed temp, and able to upload the sliced g code processed in simplify 3d slicer to the server but when i try to print the same it does not print.when i press the print button nothing seems to work in my 3d printer. Some one please help me sort out the issue.

    Activate logging and see what it contains for the started print. I assume server is starting print and it is just not happening what you expect?
