x and y ass setiings

i have a felix 2.0 printer and slice with repetier host. but if i want to print a square it becomes a rectangle and i think it is the settings. does anyone know how to fix this

    How much off is the shape? If it is really a visible rectangle then your steps per mm on x or y axis is set wrong. You can change it in eeprom editor.
