Places model on 0,0

in Linux
So I just upgraded to 1.0.6 latest build as of October 30/2014 and I just tried to Slice a 
model with cureaengine everything seemed fine until it took my model from the centre 
of the virtual print bed and placed it on 0,0 of the same bed. 

Also this is a set up that was working previous the update.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Update:

    Just tried moving the part farther away from the 0,0 position and it seems to mirror the position.
    Likewise when I moved it closer if went more to the middle of the platform

    fixed by removing plugins and then running config first
