Stepper motors not moving

My stepper motors for the X and Y axis doesnt want to move. My bed and extruders heats up but no motor movement
I have a PRUSA l3 printer

    Do they block when they should move or can you still move them freely? Have you placed the stepper drivers the right way around? Defined the right stepper pins? Connected cables? Cables wired correctly? Just some things that might be wrong.
