Mid Print Temps

Using Repetier Host with a USB Connection to my printer
Is there a way to change the hot-end temp, mid print?
I tried changing it on the print screen where it shows nozzle temp, but nothing changes.
Am I missing something?

    You can change temperatures any time by using temperature sliders or on printer lcd if you have one. Only thing is if your gcode contains it as well from time to time your set value gets overwritten. On single extruder prints this is normally only changed after 1.st layer and then never. On multicolor print it can be set frequently.
