How are the top and bottom layers controlled.
Repetier Host Version is 2.1.3.
Cura is the slicer.
The printer prints 3 layers on top and bottom.
The bottom layer is OK. The top is a mess.
There is a photo of the problem. How is one attached?

You need to provide link to photo stored some where else like dropbox, ...
Top has the problem that it is on toop of the infill. If that is very course it might be a problem to make it dense and require more layers to look good.
