Extrusion issue

If i reset the printer and i don't home all axis when i click to the extrude section instead of extruding Z moves.
Tested with Repetier and MK4Duo firmware, same issue, see the video.
Server version 0.82.6.

    This is a bug in server I think. If you check the log you will see that it also sends last Z position which is now invalid due to reset. Correctly it should only send a pure E move.
