You mean you ordered the backup-media and it is encrypted? I would expect it to just contain a big zip file with versions for all supported os. Just unzip it and use the installation procedure for your target system. More details can be found in our manual online.
If you mean something else please let us know. Our software does not require a passwort until you create a user with password.
Thank you very much for the help. I am a little slow sometimes, but I catch on slowly. It took a few deleting of thins but I got it. Now I have to figure out how to us it and what all it does.
