FTP transfer to Pi server?

  I have learned that I can use FileZilla to access via SFTP, but am unable to find the proper directory to transfer GCodes.....

  There is no directory that auto imports file. They always need to be uploaded so the extra files with analysis data can get generated.
  
  What you can do is zip a bunch of files and upload the zip instead. Or use drag and drop to drop files on the upload button.
