Delta printer pauses constantly

I have a delta printer that I am running using repetier firmware. However I have gotten everything calibrated and a new problem has surfaced. When I print a part, the printer will pause about every 2 seconds or only a brief time. This causes blobs ect. I have experimented with changing Baud rates, but no success. Any suggestions. I would rather not use SD cards. I am using simplify 3d also.

    I have tried using SD cards but it still does the same thing

    If it also happens with sd card it seems to be realted to gcode or configuration. Consider that deltas are computational intensitive so max. speed is limited depending on processor architecture and update frequency. If you have many small lines and high speed you can run out of data internally causing small pauses or reduced speeds.
