Incorrect size

I draw my objects with autodesk inventor.
When i draw a block ie 50x50x50 mm the printed size is 50.7x50.7x50, that's anoying.

I figger this must be a setting in repetier, does anybody knows how to solve this issue?

I was wrong.
It had to do with the amount of steps/mm in the marlin software.
