Problem with SKR mini v2

I just updated my server to the latest version and now it wont detect my Ender 5 running an SKR mini v2. The previous version worked, when I plug in the USB to the printer it starts making a noise like an alarm and everything locks up. If I remove the USB it works fine.

Server seems to run fine on my other 2 printers that are running ramps 1.4 boards.

Did the server change how it connects in recent update?

Did you recreate configuration with installation wizard? If so your DTR/RTS setting is maybe inverted. You should upgrade to 0.94.2 and rerun it. New version now also has autodetect for these settings. Some boards only work in one of the possible combination of high->low or low->high.

I didnt try any of that no, I ended up downgrading to 93.1 which was the version I was using before and it works fine. When I get some time ill try upgrading again but I have too many pint jobs I need doing in the mean time.

I'm seeing the same with SKR 1.3, 1.4, and 1.4 Turbo boards. Something in the changes made to v.94+ are causing SKR boards to fail connection.

Just in case you need the 93.1 version download again (this is the last version that works with the SKR boards):
