"Always check Endstops" works only while printing, during homing we must check endstops for logical reasons.
I think it is cross talk, so you could either twist your z sensor cables to prevent it or switch to latest 0.92 where we have a new endstop check routine that normally filters these wrong pulses. Only very rarely it will get 2 wrong pulses in a row fooling the system.
