Hello,
I encounter a problem with z-probe "grid" method.
My z-probe offset is x=27 / y=-2. My extruder is at origin (x=0 ; y=0) (cathesian printer)
Before I used 3-point method, firmware 0.92.6, but I wanted to switch to grid method so now I use the latest 0.92 version.
When in the firmware, or Eeprom, I dial in the z-probe offset, the printer is printing with an x-y offset equal to the z-probe x-y offset. This means that the print is shifted 27 mm to the right. (Didn't check what happens on y axis)
I do not know if this is normal and if I should compensate for that. Also, I considered that the rotated plane takes the actual probe positions into account (ain't that the use of probe x-y offset anyhow ? ), so if I shift the bed coordinates, the plane shouldn't be correct anymore... ?
I did not have this problem in 0.92.6 with 3-point leveling...
Kind regards,
Frans
