Access from everywhere

Hi, I'm Fabio, I'm writing from Italy. I have some problems to access to my repetier server dashboard outside my home.
I have a fastgate router and I can't found the port setting on the router menu! I see your manual information but I can't know what I have to do !

Can you help me ?
