Try printing slower and with fan enabled. If filament does not cool good enough I know it can distort the shape. Normally especially on edges visible. I do not think that slicers change position or extrusion for last perimeter. At to you have of course other infill pattern/density, but if the perimeter is already hardened it should not effect the size. If it is still hot and flexible the increased density may shift it a bit more then sparse infill.
