Add-On for the configurator for the knob direction

Hi Roland, please add in the configurator an option to reverse the menu direction of the knob.
I mean this:

#define UI_INVERT_MENU_DIRECTION 0

Sometime is usefull, for example with RuRamps4D and Full Graphics LCD.
