invalid extrude ! error for double extruder and low extrusion on sinigle extrude

hello,

please help me out with my flsun printer, the single extruder was working well until few days ago i discover the extrusion was very low, i have checked for clogging and cleared but still experiencing same error. the feeder motor spins very slow. and increase feed rate is not effective, please what can i do

i switched to a dual extruder thereafter and i am getting "invalid extrude 1 error" message please how can i fix.

Sounds to me like you did not change firmware to support 2 extruders.

No I have no manual for firmwares I did not write:-) I guess flsun should be the one having documentation about their printer. As I said it is a firmware side problem.

When an extruder is not spinning fast enough there are 2 reasons - flow rate reduced also your image has it on 100% or steps per mm for extruder set too low in firmware settings. You often can change steps per mm with the eeprom editor. At least if eeprom was compiled in.
