Should be everything that has an influence. tested it on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04 with same settings and gcode file and had no error at all. Only difference is having an other graphic card and hence not same driver. Maybe if others can also report the graphic driver who have the problem we can say it is the driver. Maybe something is missing to start correctly or driver has some non standard behaviour, no idea. For now at least I can not reproduce it and can not say where it comes from. So if any one has an idea what causes the error to appear let me know so I can fix it. For now I have to leave it unfixed, but since it is not printer the importance is limited.
