GUI Menu needs 'BED' section... rather than having the BED TEMPERATURE on the EXTRUDER menu.

Shouldn't the BED TEMPERATURE settings be on a dedicated BED menu... rather than hidden away on the EXTRUDER menu?

It fits good there i think but naming it heaters or tools may be more precise here.
