Hi, can you add the hardware pwm on SAM processor like marlinkimbra:
### Version 4.3.22 dev
* Add Hardware PWM for SAM processor
* Add M114 D for Detail position, leveled, unlevel, stepper
* Add MKR12 system for 12 extruder with 16 relé and 4 driver
* Support to 12 Extruder
* Add support for PCA9632 PWM RGB LED
* Add support DAV System (By D'angella Vincenzo)
* Swap on Alligator board Heater_0 with Heater_Bed because this pin is Hardware PWM.
I have an alligator board with your firmware and I would be curious to try this feature.

For what do you need hardware PWM?

Currently we have no hardware PWM and when we yould only use it for some very special tasks like laser control where you would benefit from higher PWM frequency. Main problem is that it requires timers and we use already some timers so there might be only 1-2 hardware PWM anyway and these may even on pins not usable like stepper drivers.
