Brim stuttering

I have the following problem,

When printing the brim there is a stuttering motion.
Brim only the rest is ok, no issue there.

Any idea what's causing this?

Brim might not be a straight line. I have seen it sometimes becoming a zigzag line when a outside is projected farther away and that is the stuttering you see.
