Dry Run Gcode

Looks like the only way to invoke dry run is through the LCD since I can't find it @ https://github.com/repetier/Repetier-Firmware/blob/development/src/ArduinoAVR/Repetier/Repetier.ino. Can we get a way to invoke it via gcode?

M111 can set debug mode. Value 8 is dry run, Add it to your debug level to get dry run.

Awesome, thank you! Looks like m111 isnt in the repetier.ino file. Should I submit an issue for it?
