Sparse first layer - it is necessary to increase the flow of plastic to 135%

Thank you very much for your programs of 3D-printers!

On my printer has a problem that prevents normal print.

I do not know, in case the firmware or not.

So: 0.5mm nozzle, firmware version 0.91R8, BABYSTEPPING off.

Before start printing, I checks that in place of the print nozzle regard to the table. When lifting the nozzle up to 0.1 mm - it breaks away from the table.

Problem: When printing the first layer it turns sparse, the line did not touch each other. As it happens with any slicer.

Tried thickness of the first layer is 0.16; 0.2; 0.3 always puts sparsely first layer.

When printing 2-th and the following layers are placed properly, tightly.

For the first layer only helps increase the flow of plastic by hand to 135%, and for the next layer is necessary to again set manually feed the plastic 100%. In this case, all the layers are printed well.

How is it possible to solve the problem of printing the first layer? This incorrect configuration of firmware or not?

Most slicers have a setting where you can set 'first layer' height and extrusion rate and allso first layer speed.

It is best to set a higher 1st layer and extrusion to get better adhesion to the bed.
