Z probe offset is 0,-40
That will reduce radius by 40mm since it needs to move probe to test points!
G32 goes to z-probe heigh+ z-probe bed distance for probing. Differences might be rotation of bed against homed coordinate system (have you calibrated endstop positions?). Also geometry errors cause such difference easily. That is what makes deltas so complicated to calibrate.
