Make sure bending correction is 0 in eeprom.
What is your autolevel matrix? Normally all values are close to 1 or 0 which would be prefectly leveled.
What did G32 S2 return as z values? If it things your bed is very tiltet that might happen, so you need to find out why the computation has that result, so check the log output when running the autolevel.
