suddenly erase of eeprom

hi dears.

the eeprom of my arduino mega2560 arduino with repetier frimware erase suddenly and i want now is it possible?

and if possible what is the reason?

and last question is that is it possible to recovery data of eeprom?

Repetier

The host eeprom windows has a save and restore function for normal eeprom parameters, so these are recoverable. What it does not contain is leveling and distortion information.

What do you mean with erase? Everything zero or back to configuration.h values? There are several reasons to go back to configuration.h values
