Sorry, I do not knwo what motherboard that printer has so can not say whcih driver required. You should have gotton one from your vendor.
YOu could try installing arduino ide. It offers a driver installation and many printers use one of these drivers. If you see afterwards the com port appear in hardware drivers, you have installed the correct driver.
