It makes no difference if you transfer over usb->serial or BT->serial, so it is possible. Knowing how slow this upload is I'd directly upload to sd card.
You can have 2 connectors configured in firmware and the second could be to a BT module. Just don't use both connections simultaneously - that is currently not supported.
