Ok, have just added a door open detection in dev version. See config tool for endstop pin configuration, there is now also a door open pin. It will prevent new commands from serial/sd so essentially stops the print and will continue when you close the door. Not that you should do it as the pause might cause a blob where you stop but it will prevent moves after a short while.
