This comes from your slicer configuration. What you see is where the slicer has positioned and sliced your object. First, you should check where the slicer has the origin, since you are using a Delta printer, which has the origin in the center, and regular printers normally have it on the left front edge. So when the slicer centers your object, it will be out of your print area easily.
