Very begining - New 3d printer setting - x y z configuration

I have a 3D printer and I am trying to set it up before I start printing. There is a tutorial for my printer, but it is based on an old version: V2.0.1, in which the EEPROM firmware is different. In the latest version of Repetier, there are no “Z max length” or “Tower X endstop offset” options. This is how Repetier-Firmware does it. Your printer likely uses a different firmware which works differently. Do you have a delta printer at all? Delta printers nowadays nearly always have a z probe to configure this automatically.

Unfortunately, I don't have another printer... My main problem is that I can't set the starting point: the Z level of the nozzle, the extruder wants to go lower than the table, so the material can't come out, even though I set it manually using the touch sensor, as shown in the tutorial I sent, but I can't change the parameters in the EEPRON software...
What would you recommend in this situation? Thank in advance for reply

I have another question - I opened my 3d model .obj of a vase that is empty inside, after "Slicer" it gets the fulfillment, do you know how to fix it?

No need for a second printer. Question is still what is your firmware as it sets how to configure height. I guess you have marlin which also shows eeprom in host, but doe snot match the tutorial solution. Send M115 and see what firmware answers (easy mode off). For marlin search marlin solutions instead.

Regarding vase they are solid, that is normal. In slicer you need to enable vase mode and set top layer to 0, bottom layer to how thick it should become.
