Repetier Server Monitor does not show details (Manage printer locally)

I have my printer monitored via Repetier Server Monitor.
When I add the printer (using credentials or api key), I can see a thumbnail of the printer and some basic information.
But when I click on Manage Printer Locally icon , nothing is shown.

In the past, it was working properly, but I had to swap backup SD card of printer.
Classic web access works without any problem.

I tried to reinstalll the monitor, remove the printer and re-add, but nothing helps.

Is there a way, how to make it working?

Hard to say, never had this. You can try creating a new UUID for the server. Monitor needs UUID from server it connects to and each must be unique. Then readd it. Other question is do you see server appear green and printer thumbnail green? When it is all green I never had this.

thanks, I've tried to replace UUID but it did not help.
The situation is the following as on the screenshots , all seems green and working as expected.

It just does not show the details.
I can live with web version, but Monitor has also some advanced features I was used to (and it was also quicker 🙂 )

Ok, I see it communicates ok just details not working. Likely something in settings that is unusual and breaks monitor when called due to an error it produces. You can make a backup of the printer (config only) and provide the backup file from regular server and I can test if it also happens to me with that. I can than see what is causing it and fix it for future and name probably the setting causing it. Assuming it is in printer settings and not the server it self since communication is ok.
