Sustainable fan speed

I don't want stringing every time I bridge or overhang, but Cura doesn't change the fan speed to account for this. You can only set the min and max fan speed. I have min set to 80 and max set to 100%. What is the best fan speed that combines both lifespan and bridge/overhang quality into account?

Fan lifespan is nothing to think about. I guess with 100% it might even be higher as it gets always power on instead of stop and go.

For most printers 100% is good. Only if you have a very strong fan, it might cool too much so that pla does not stick well, then you need to decrease speed.
