Hello everyone,I’m using Repetier-Host with an Ender 3 V2 and printing custom vape accessories like stands, holders, and mod cases for my business, RandM-Vape.de Store. However, I’m facing some challenges with slicing settings and print quality.
Issues I’m Facing:
Layer adhesion problems, especially with small intricate vape designs
Over-extrusion, leading to a loss of detail in small parts
Best filament type/settings for durable, heat-resistant prints
My Current Setup:
Printer: Ender 3 V2
Filament: PLA & PETG
Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Bed Temp: PLA (60°C), PETG (80°C)
Extruder Temp: PLA (200°C), PETG (240°C)
I’d love to hear recommendations on the best Repetier-Host settings to optimize detail, adhesion, and overall print quality for vape accessories. Any advice on improving slicing settings, retraction, and cooling would be greatly appreciated!Looking forward to your suggestions. Thanks in advance!
