Printing hangs in 1.5.0

Hi there,

I tried the DEV version 1.5.0 in anticipation of my Bambulab x1c. I have two other klipper printers configured, running fine in 1.14.8. After upgrading to 1.5.0 I can still move the axis, calibrate, etc, but when I start a print, the printer hangs, repetier server hangs and can only be revived with a sudo reboot from console.

When did you test this. Will test as well to rule out a new deadlock with current version, but 1.5 is dev so it changes and can contain bugs and there werse in deed some deadlocks with new stuff I already fixed.

I downloaded the dev version on January 2. unfortunately I did not check any logfiles or console outputs by the time. The print stalled upon hitting print... I heated up, but it never actually started printing.

As I received my bambulab X1 Carbon printer, would you rather recommend the most recent nightly version?

Nightly version is 1.4.18 not 1.5.0 so will not work for x1c. Printing without ams mapping works already fine for X1C with dev, just need to check now klipper - hope it happens to me as well. Sometimes these hangs are timing dependent. Will at least test it with a few prints so I can check where it happens.

I could upgrade to 1.5.0 again and try to reproduce it. Just need to know which outputs you need to debug. I will be able to do it on Friday as I am on a business trip ;-)

this shows where server is completely hanging. Unfortunately without lines but normally I find it knowing at least the function where it happens.

Good news, I could find the dead lock myself and it should now work.

I still have odd behaviour. I didn't try printing with my already configured klipper printer, but I do get undervoltage messages and reboots when I tried to change display settings. Never had this happened before. But I will do a flow calibration today on that printer with 1.5.0 and see how it goes.
