CNC mode stored in eeprom ?

I would like change from 3D-printing, CNC or Laser engraving just by setting it in eeprom.

And by doing the change swap the endstops automatlic on the Z-axis

What do you mean with z endstop swap? Modes do not change endstops. For CNC you might use z probe + G30 + G92 to set a height.
