Repetier Depends on firmware configuration. M112 is emergency stop and does either reset board = reboot or halt it.You can also configure emergency stop button to toggle DTR which also reboots firmware for most boards.
Repetier DTR toggle will work and repetier supports M112 with reset or halt, so that depends on how you configured it, also reset is the default.
