Yes that is normally the issue and maybe you are not going high enough. For repeated measurements there is a different distance to go less high after triggering. Makes sense with hal sensors but here you must go high enough to not trigger it on deploy. Also z up speed must have a minimum speed for that reason. Video is not working, but these are the typical issues. Try searching forum for working settings, there are lots of threads with bltouch.
