I've been a Repetier fan for years, and I was thrilled when I purchased it. Later, I acquired a Bambu X1C, which became my go-to printer due to its near-perfect reliability. At one point, I had a dozen printers from various manufacturers, including Prusa, Creality, Elegoo, Geeetech, and Tronxy, but the X1C and my wife's P1S become the only printers we used and sold or gave our printers to others.
Fast forward to 2024, and BambuLabs' customer support has taken a disappointing turn. When I submitted tickets with issues, I received responses that not only didn't address my problems but also stated that I lacked understanding of their printers or proper 3D printing practices.
In recent months, my X1C and P1S have been plagued by unreliability, which is a far cry from the excellent performance they once displayed. Through research, I've discovered that many Bambu owners share similar frustrations and have even been belittled by BambuLabs for their concerns.
I'd love to see Bambu support integrated into Repetier, as it would likely resolve many of the issues plaguing us this year, including faulty firmware, poor customer service, and aggressive responses from the company. I'll be keeping a close eye on this thread and others, eagerly awaiting the release of Repetier's 1.5 version.
