resend is a message from firmware telling the host that there was a communication error in the last line and asks the host to resend that line. So first solution is to find source making the communication fail, e.g. other baud rate or usb cable.
As I understand you this gets resolved after a short pause and print continuous. That is how it should be if that error occurs. If not provide a log with ack/commands enabled or from file log where this happens and tell us your host and firmware versions.
