Compatibility with Marlin firmware and Repetier host.

Good night. My name is Joaquin, I communicate from Argentina, I have a question because I use repetier host program to open STL files before making prints with a  Prusa i3 printer . The question is : is it possible to load the  Marlin firmware and still use repetier Host for printing?
