repetier for makerbot replicator dual?

Hi i have used replicator for my printrbot simple and thinkbit is quite great. But now i bought a makerbot that only handle .x3g files.
Is there any way to export that kind of file and does repetier support this firmwaere? I shall check firware nr later on..
