Remote control on local network

I installed the server and added my printer.
Everything works fine with that.
But the server is now running on my laptop that's connected to the printer.
I want to connect with my desktop pc (on local network) to the server.
What do i need to do? Because i don't understand the documentation about it.

    You need to know the ip address of your laptop (where the server is running). Most routers can be programmed to assign always the same ip to the same device (based on network mac address), so if you have configured it that way, you only have to check for the ip once.

    Now open on your desktop pc the browser and enter as url


    thats all. It will then show the same interface as on your laptop with
