bonjour
j ai une he3d k280 depuis peux,j ai fais beaucoup de modif mais impossible d imprimer // au lit
il y a un default de 2 a 3 /10 je ne trouve pas le probleme si vous pouvez m aider

    c est le niveau du lit d un cote la buse touche le lit de l autre a 150mm la buse est 3 a 4/10 au dessus malgré l autolevel

    et avant de lancer la machine je fait

  • Forget M322 and M320 completely if you need autolevel. Just do a G32 S2 and it stores data in eeprom and activates autolevel until you say otherwise.

    Check eeprom if bending correction is 0 for all 3 points. Configure autoleveling to do a mesh leveling with 4x4 points. If you have only 3 points one bad measurement can make a huge error. Maximize measured area as max as you can considering that probe offset gets activated which normally reduces reachable area. That should give you best autolevel correction. Store log output of G32 S2 increase it still does not work. It shows what rotation is detected an can show if some points might be measured wrong if you compare close by points.

    Then move slowly from left to right/fron/back and see if z moves along with move. Might be hard to see but touching z axis helps feel the rotation.

    If you have mechanical z probe and cantilevered bed design it might give away at the outside - that is where bending correction is for. Increase it for the point where gap is at maximum with the gap size when z=0 and redo G32. Now bending is added to probe results and should improve the rotation (or make it worse when wrong sign/distance used).
