Printer Does Not Start Printing when Using Simplify3D

It is fine when printing using the Repetier host.
But when I print using Simplify3D, after the heat bed/ extruder temperature reach the target (not even stablized), Simplify3D does not receive any feedback from the printer.

This is what happened. The bed temperature reaches 70 degree and stop sending feedback to simplify3d. But the printer is still kept stabilizing the temperature. After I stop the print, the feedback resume.

    As you see from wait firmware was finished with heating also it never reached 70°C. Why simplify3d does not continue to send I can not say. Maybe they are waiting for 70°C to be reached before sending the rest, but your heater calibration doe snot go over 70 so it waits forevery. I think the problem is on slimplify3d side.
