Repetier Server losing license registration on reboot

I activated my license on my new raspberry pi zero w yesterday and everything worked great.  I rebooted it earlier today and when I opened up the web portal tonight I noticed it was no longer registered.  Does anyone know what might have happened and - more importantly - how I can prevent it from happening again?

    What are your network interfaces if you send 
    ifconfig
    Your license is bound to mac address so if that changes you automatically activate the next of your 5 licenses until all are used. Already found that some devices get a usb0 interface where it changes, so we will ignore that on next update.

    For reset of license please send us the license key and your problem and we reset it for you.
